Mad Mentors is a platform that allows you access to the best and most experienced Marketing and Advertising professionals in the business. If you’re looking to enhance your skills, get advice on your career or business or you just want some expert feedback, you’ve come to the right place.
It’s easy. You sign up and create your profile. Then you look for a mentor that matches your discipline and need. Book in a session with your mentor based on their availability, which you can see in their calendar. Once your session request has been approved, you’ll be charged based on your mentor’s tier. Your session will happen over video conference on the Mad Mentor platform. We’ll send you reminders before your session so you don’t miss your appointment with your mentor.
There are currently two tiers of mentors: Gold & Platinum - based on their level of expertise, years of professional experience and industry reputation.
It’s important to be mindful when you book your session to avoid cancellations or rescheduling. Mentors have busy schedules and they make an effort to put this time aside for you. But, we understand that emergencies happen. If you absolutely must cancel, you’ll be charged a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining amount will be refunded to you within 14 days. To reschedule with the same mentor, you’ll need to do is book another open time slot from their listed availabilities.
As a rule, a mentor will let you know 24 hours before your session if they need to cancel due. If that happens, we’ll send you an email letting you know that your session has been cancelled and why. Unfortunately, your mentors cannot reschedule with you, so we encourage you to check their availability and grab a time that suits you.
We have an incredible line-up of mentors on our platform and we’re adding more every day. If you have a specific mentor in mind, let us know and we’ll do our best to make them a Mad Mentor. If you feel your specific discipline isn’t represented, let us know. We want to help everyone get the guidance they need.
Mentorship is all about the chemistry, and finding the right balance can take a little bit of time and patience. However, unless there are serious issues at hand, such as abuse, we ask that you keep an open mind and complete the session. See how you feel at the end of it. Your mentor is here to help you the best way they can! If you’d still like to signal an issue, please contact us.
Right now, you can only book one session at a time at the set price per hour. But we’re working on getting things set up so that you can extend your current session or book multiple sessions at a discounted rate. Hang in there, we’ll keep you posted on any changes. If you have questions or suggestions, give us a shout.

Before you book a session with a mentor, we encourage you to do some research on your mentor to see if it feels like the right fit for you. After booking, we ask you for a short introductory message that describes the type of guidance you’re looking for. This could include links to work for them to review prior to your session together. Preparing a list of talking points and questions is also a great way to ensure you get all the answers you need. Make sure you have pen and paper at hand to take notes during your session.
