Why Mad Mentors

Why Mad Mentors could be the best thing for you

Sometimes the difference between success and failure or good and great isn’t the right knowledge or skills, it’s having a certain ingredient ‘X’, a secret sauce that only masters of that craft have.

That’s what makes them legends.

Imagine having a legend in your corner to set you on the path to extraordinary, helping you identify opportunities and battle challenges. Imagine their years of experience and wisdom working to help you unlock your true potential.

That’s what Mad Mentors is all about – bringing the legends of advertising and marketing to you.

Is Mad Mentors for you?

If you’re in the advertising or marketing business, absolutely. Whether you’re an executive or a manager, mid-level or the head of a business, whether you’re a designer or work with words, Mad Mentors is for you. Mentoring works for anyone who wants to hone their skills and go from good to great and become the best at what they do.

What will Mad Mentors do for you?

  1. Identify your main challenges and unlock your potential.
  2. Give you an unbiased assessment & perspective of your problem areas.
  3. Help you understand how to power-up your game.
  4. Give you razor-sharp guidance and advice on how to remove the roadblocks.
  5. Offer clarity on what your short and long term goals should be to achieve the next level.
  6. Help you turn your ideas into actionable outcomes.

What Mad Mentors can’t do

  1. Provide a quick fix solution to every problem
  2. Give you a specific A to Z roadmap (your Mad Mentor will counsel and guide you on the
choices and decisions you need to make).
  3. Give you unlimited access to your Mad Mentor post the session (if the one session didn’t
quite answer all your questions, you can always book another upcoming session).

How to make the most of your Mad Mentor session?

Have a clear objective.

Having a clear understanding of what you want out of a session is key to getting the best out of your Mad Mentor. Put down your key problem areas and a list of precise questions you’d like to discuss.

Set an agenda

When you’re ready to book a session with your Mad Mentor, you should both have some sort of a roadmap, so that you can make most of your time together.

Here’s a simple session outline to get you started:

Session Guideline

  • Introductions
  • Setting the session objective
  • Describing your current scenario
  • Explaining your issues, fears or situation
  • Homework and scheduling a follow-up session
  • Questions
  • Outlining your previous efforts

You need to share your ideal agenda via email with the Mad Mentor team, who will pass it on to your Mad Mentor. Not only will this help you prepare better for your video call, but it will also give your Mad Mentor insight into your situation and help them recommend the best way forward.
